Flawlessly. The tech was on time polite and very knowledgeable. Had my heater up and running in no time flat then took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. Then as a common courtesy, took the time to go over my system to make sure all was safe. Don't see that too much any more. Truly a customer for life.

We had Logicool out regarding a home warranty claim...the home warranty
company did not come through but Logicool did! We hired them on the
spot. They replaced one of our outside cooling units and now handle the
maintenance contracts for both our units. We live in San Antonio and
our beach home is in Port Aransas. We get incredible piece of mind
having JB and Logicool taking care of our AC units. The folks are
professional, punctual and cleaned up live they were never even there!
DO NOT waste your time with the rest...these guys are the BEST! Highly
recommend Jennifer, JB and the Logicool team!

My system has never worked so good...i used to have to turn it so low at 68 but now um freezing at 77..i ve never had a after hours charge waived and for this kind of service ...i wouldnt have minded..but so happy i wasnt charged extra..only $220.00 for hours of thorough inspecrion and testing to whole unit ,R 22 freon added,dye added to locate any possible leaks,and to install a new run capac itor System is great and his detailed work order is professional,organized,easy to read and refer to!Love this company
