The times they've done exterior work like painting and roofing, they called me in advance so that I would know they were sending contractors to my home.
They are responsive and I really have just had no problem with them. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to them.
I also have never had any problems with any of the insurance policies I've had through them. Currently I only have a renters policy, but in the past I did have auto coverage as well. They no longer provide auto coverage otherwise I would still have my business with them. I know they offer other types of coverage as well, and here again I wouldn't hesitate to refer my family and friends. The staff is small and responsive. They do a great job.
"[member name removed] It is refreshing to have a you (as a tenant) say something nice about us. Usually, only the unhappy comment and we have had a few unhappy tenants in 30+ years of management. Remember, it is we who must enforce the rules, and some people just don't like rules. Those people who take care of business and take care of the property we have been entrusted by the owners to guard over, have little problem with us as is evidence by you and hundreds of others over the years. I think it is safe to say that although we have many clients and owners for over 25 years employ our services that you are our only 20 year tenant.
