Great feedback. David troubleshooted and found us the best possible solutions. I highly recommend and will continue to use his company for all our hvac/air. I have never had clear communication and thorough work done by another company. His knowledge and methods are true and concise and can overcome obstacles like warranty companies. Heading into the weekend just before the winter storm came in, Just Better HVAC came to my assistance. A wire burned and shut my heater down. They investigated why it burned in the first place. They told me I needed a part to properly fix the heater, but coming into the weekend during this pandemic, it might not be possible to get the part in time. Meanwhile, they were very aware of the coming winter storm, so they were able to set me up with a temporary solution. Considering my power did go out for a long time during the winter storm, it was a life saving measure to use their temporary solution when power was able to come back on. It was extremely cold in my house, and the heater put in the work to get my house warm again. The heater worked perfectly during that short time with power. I lost power again, but at least I had warm air in the house to work with for the next round of outages. It has worked since the power came back on for good. They checked in on me during that time, keeping me updated of their progress on getting the part. Then they finished the service today with that rare part on hand. They were respectful, flexible, and informative throughout the process.

He was great. He was a few minutes late, but his company called and let me know and it was no problem. He got everything done quickly, even with having to leave to buy a new fuse. He got everything done in less than two hours.

This was a great experience! David arrived to our house within an hour of contacting him even though he was already on another call. He was very professional and honest about the issues with our A/C, which were thankfully minor. He didn't try to up sell anything that wasn't necessary and gave us information on the type of thermostat we should purchase if we wanted to install it ourselves. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

Very good, my AC went out Sayurday night. I called several companies and could not get anyone out that night. HVAC LLC called early Sunday morning and came out to repair my AC unit,. had it fixrd in no time. I thought price might have been alittle high probably due to it being a weekend. It was still worth it because he did a professional quick repair.

Great experience! Very fast service and extremely reasonable price. Other companies quoted costs 3 times higher! In about a day, we were back in the cool which is important in South Texas and especially on the coast. This is the only company I will call for my a/c needs!

Well. David was able to accommodate my schedule with an early morning arrival. Unfortunately the replacement motor was not correct. Had one too small, one too big before getting the right unit. He also explained the condition of the unit and prepared me for future replacement based on the deteriorating condition of the condenser fins , the change in refrigerant, and the updates to current codes. Repair was cost effective and timely.

I think I was Dave Adams' first customer 13 years ago. He is extremely professional, careful, and knowledgable and the installation went very well. The system is still running today and over the years since it was installed, the system has literally paid for itself with estimated energy savings of over $100 per month. To this day, I still call Dave for advice on heating and air. Honest, sound advice is what I get.

I have used David Adams HVAC services on multiple occasions. David is the ultimate professional who takes the time to share what is failing and why it is failing and doesn't recommend unnecessary repairs. He is patient, polite and was very easy to communicate and work with. I recommended Dave to several friends and family members who expressed the same sentiment as I. I was disappointed when Dave moved from central Texas and took his services to South Texas. I, my family and friends have yet to find the quality of professionalism, service and just genuine hospitality of David. On a good note I was able to locate Mr. Adams in Corpus Christi and recently contracted his services to replace my mothers AC unit and she is thrilled.
