Jerry Miser Metal Time Roofer

Jerry Miser has stolen my deposit of $13,581.00 for replacement of the roof on my place of business in Rockport, Texas as well as leaving at least a half dozen others with unfinished work. This information was turned over to the Rockport police (Case #2012001346) and there is a warrant for his arrest for "Theft By Check" and other victims are planning civil action against him. He was recommended by an insurance adjuster and I checked his references by meeting with his clients and looking at his completed work. In December he began making numerous excuses why there was a delay in getting started and by February when I could no longer contact him, I called the police. It is believed he is in Fort Worth or some of the other areas in the US where there has been recent tornado damage. He also has family in Mason, Texas and in Oklahoma that are in the roofing business and may be working for them. DO NOT HIRE JERRY MISER and call the Rockport police at 361-790-1100 immediately.
