We had a water damage claim. He helped us negotiate with the insurance people. He had a great cabinet guy. The price was reasonable. He kind of became a fishing buddy. He was really good and he had a great carpenter. He had deep knowledge about everything. He was knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance people making sure that he had a fair strike out of that. It was just top quality work for me. We bought a house next door that also had a water damage claim. He came and helped us when we remodeled that entire house. I called him to do some work recently but I didn't get a call back. So I used another contractor.
