J & J's Fine & Shine Cleaning Services

This cleaning service did a poor job overall.  They first informed me that for the first weekly cleaning they would do a deep clean of the house for a higher fee and then "keep it up" for the quoted fee from that point on.  I was fine with this as I felt that a deep cleaning would benefit the house.  I had the lady come over for an initial consultation to see the home and when leaving she tried to quote me a higher price and, when corrected, claimed that she'd forgotten what she originally quoted me.  The deep clean was not more that a regular surface cleaning which was disappointing.  I was willing to give them a chance and had them start the weekly cleanings as discussed.  The first week she canceled on the the day she was supposed to come and re-scheduled.  Once she did come, over the next few weeks she was in and out in 2 hours tops (3 bed, 2 bath home with two children) and did a terrible job.  cleaning only the visible areas and leaving everything else un-done.  When I noted my disappointment she was a bit rude about cleaning the items I'd asked her to clean.  Overall - I was extremely dissatisfied with this company and their service and went back to my former housekeeper who does a much better job.
