I thought they were very, very, very knowledgeable. They knew their stuff. They were very helpful, because we are older and we wanted to make sure we aren’t going to hurt ourselves and make sure we could do what we were doing with it. They took the time, we got on it and tried different ones and they told us all the details about this one and that one and they didn’t push us towards the most expensive that didn’t meet our need. Just the whole thing, I loved it and then when we did get it back, one of bells or whistles I forgot which one, didn’t work, we called them and they were out here within a day. I would use them again in a heartbeat. If you get a doctor’s recommendation, then you don’t have to pay taxes, we didn’t know that but they told us that. We made the deal but we went and got the doctors thing and so we didn’t pay any taxes.
