We contacted Anji around May 1 to get a plumber to investigate a bathroom water leak. George Gonzalez responded, investigated, and told us to put a splash skirt on the shower door to fix the problem. We returned from vacation in July to find the problem still there. I called George, he came and checked it out, then, convinced me that it required major repair to fix ($3500). He required half ($1750 -July 1, 2023) to get materials and begin the work. After consulting with a real plumber the source of the leak was found/fixed by blowing out an ac drain line. GG rewrote the job, reflecting $400 for the plumbing fix and $1950 for a room renovation. I told him the estimate for the room was too high and declined any further work. He agreed to refund the balance of the orig $1750 - $400 on Aug 14, but has, since refused to do so without explanation to me. I have no problem with the $400 charge for repairing the leak but, I refuse to pay him for work not done. Dissatisfied customer!
