We tried to find a replacement to cut the marble, but it's the weekend.. Hence the pre- arrangement. My contractor was able to put some wood down for a temporary counter top. It will have to suffice until the job can be finished, which means getting the plumber to come back a 3rd time. Hard Rock Construction just cost me time and money, and I want naive people to know that he is not reliable. Shame on you, George.
Description of Work: My contractor called George Gonzalez to see if he could install a marble countertop and back splash (with plenty of notice)on a bathroom vanity in an office on a Friday or Saturday when the office was closed. Mr. Gonzalez said he could do the job on a Friday morning. My contractor installed the vanity and had his plumber at the site to install the vessel sink and faucet following the countertop installation. Mr. Gonzalez did not show up. When the contractor finally got Mr. Gonzalez on the phone, Mr. Gonzalez said he got tied up with another job and could do the job on Saturday morning at 10 am. My contractor brought his plumber again on Saturday morning at 9:30. Mr. Gonzalez did not show up and could not be reached on the phone. He is very unprofessional and lies. All he had to do was say he did not have time, instead of wasting my contractor's time & MY money!
