this work includes the demolitian of roof area in the patio, new decking, new modified , new rafters to match existing rafters on house. pitch and slope to match exirting on hous. 3 support post 4"x6", three new windows, new hardi board in patio area. one screen door to ex. the patio. aso included in bid is new screening, material to match existing design and newnterior lamiate screns that go on inside of patio . bid includes 3/8 plawood b/c on the interior soffit of patio,primed & painted. bid also includes painting interior and exterior of damaged patio area. 2 inside and 1 outside lignt fixtures. also smoke damage on landary rm. wall also inclue

He did a good job especially on the garage and deck porch. I was a little disappointed in the cleanup job; it took them a little time to come in and get their things out but basically it was okay. Their pricing was okay and I will use them again in the future.
