Guarantee Carpet Wood & Tile

As usual with Guarantee Carpet all is well planned in advance by Roger and Karen, so things go smoothly.  The only problem with this company is they have so much business that sometimes you have to wait a few weeks for them to start your job. They really want to please their customers.  We have been their customer on several jobs ranging over 15 years...they do both carpet and tile....

They broke 4 tiles in my living room and didn't have the courtesy to tell me. I realized after they left. Room is 15x20 feet. They didn't use power stretcher and I am sure I will have wrinkles in new future. The carpet is barely connected to old tacks trips. They needed to put new tacks trips with longer nails instead they used their hammers and broke 4 tiles that are from Italy and 15 years old and I cannot find them anywhere to replace them. The company agreed that the workers would put fabric booties over their shoes . since the workers refused to do that when they arrived I had to pay them 50 dollar each to comply that. They didn't answer my calls yesterday and I have to wait until Monday to be able to reach them if they ever answer my calls. If there was anything less than F, I would choose that. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Job was started almost  one week later from given date. However, secretary did call each day to report on status of the crew. Once started the crew of two completed the job in two days. They did an excellent job with laying the title and matching the grout to the existing title grout. Will use again in future.

very pleased with the work and the get it done attitude. Very efficient use of time and finished as promised.

We love the carpeting and we also bought carpet from them 5 years ago. Their price is very reasonable and they have the best price. They have installed the carpet very nice that other people who come to our house won’t notice the carpeting in the living room and in the rest of the house.

The carpet took about as long to arrive from the factory as the salesman guessed. The schedule was set up and the installers arrived with the carpet and did a good job doing the installation until...the installer came to us and explained they were short carpet and could not do one of the bedrooms. He called the office and the salesman was out, and the office couldn't tell want had caused the shortage. I did not hear anything so I called two days later and was told the salesman didn't add in the carpet for that bedroom, even though he had added in the cost for moving the furniture in it. The office said they had ordered the carpet but it would not be in before Christmas. The remaining carpet was installed the day after New Year's.
I know the world is not perfect and mistakes happen, but when I dealt with the company's office they sounded like they were doing me a favor to talk to me. No one from the company has bothered to say "I'm sorry this happened."

We had to pay half of the price because the foundation company paid the rest. They were knowledgeable and had a pretty good selection. They were pretty flexible as far as scheduling as well.

They have reasonable prices and they got in and got the work done quickly. I will use their services again in the future.
