We've had the service for three months with virtually no loss of connectivity. The service had been consistent for streaming video. The cost is competitive for the service provided. Since we haven't had any interruptions in service, we haven't had to call customer service. Installation was painless. The had to send a cable beneath the driveway, but were able to do that without us. They let us know when they were starting the work and informed us about 90 minutes later they were finished.

Their service is pretty poor. They're so slow, not very high. I wouldn't recommend them to the people. Their service repairs, anything like that, I'm having an ongoing problem with them that they can't seem to get corrected. We're with them right now but I'm trying to get out of them.

My complaint with Grande Communications is T.V. football games reception on Sundays during football season. The picture was still constantly freezing. I changed to another provider before the end of the N.F.L football season. During the Super Bowl, my mother called from my aunt's house to see if we were having any problems viewing the game. I said, and quot;No. Not with my new provider (Not Grande Communications).and quot; They were having problems with the picture freezing. They use Grande Communications. Apparently as of February of 2014, Grande Communications was unable to handle very heavy customer viewing.

I would give Grande Communications another chance if for some reason I became unsatisfied with my current provider. After all, no change is permanent.

Provider arrived promptly at scheduled time. Was professional and fast in the installation of the new cable for the internet modem. Showed us how the system works and provided us with telephone numbers in case I had any problems.

The tech showed up at a reasonable time during the 4-hour window and was very professional. I showed him the spots in the home where I wanted a connection made and he went straight to work. He was in and out in under an hour and a half and even took the time to explain the basic features of my new TiVo DVR system. However, I found out that he is a subcontractor and only does installations, so it would be a totally different technician for a service call, which may or may not know how to remedy whatever issue may arise that I would need to request for someone to come to my home. All in all, so far, I am very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of this company. However, one caveat, their automated phone calls, at all hours of the day, are downright annoying, especially when you cannot tell the machine on the other end anything. Totally frustrating.

I am really, really happy with Grande Communications Networks the Internet Service. It costs $145.00 It's always fast, really fast. Fabulous, we've got Tivo it's absolutely wonderful. Once and a while a little glitch but nothing, it's great.

We have been with them for 13 or 14 years. They were the first ones to provide the internet service as well as the cable service in our area. They were called Clearsource at the time and we have been with them ever since. I would give them A's across the board. We have been pretty satisfied with them. We will be terminating our service with them because we are moving.

They are certainly better than other providers. They are less expensive and I think more responsive. I think they are great. We always think it's too expensive but compared to everybody else they are good.

I switched to them because Time Warner dropped some local channels and they had them available. They are alright. They haven't done anything wrong and I haven't had any problems with them, I just like Time Warner better. If you are recording a show on the Grande box you can't see the time because it shows that the show is recording and I don't like that. I think the price of cable is way to high.
