We had to keep calling them. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. They will confirm an appt. when you call them, but that doesn't mean that they will show up. They won't call you to let you know either. Pump that was locked up was to be replaced. They kept putting us off for about a week. We had algae growing in the pool when they finally came. They did put chemicals in to take care of it. The used pump that was put in leaks around the seal. Estimate another $150.00 to fix that. Will never use them again.
