Frog's Pool is a rip off and con artist. Mark Duncan took $18,000.00 and did $6,000.00 worth of work and walked off of the job and never came back. I finally gave up after a month of effort to reach him by any means I could. I now have to find another contractor to finish the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR MARK DUNCAN. You will be so sorry you did.

In March of this year, we hire them to install a vinyl liner in ground pool. And he kept on ignoring calls and promised appointment and he would not show and would not return messages. Also we gave him almost $3000.00 deposit. He lied about buying the liner and the company told me he never ordered it. He got mad at me on the phone and said he no longer wanted to work for us and would refund our money. He keeps giving excuses why he can't meet us for the refund. And he still hasn't returned the money from the last contact 07/07/2017. He is a fraud and he will steal. Beware! Hire at your own risk.
