Don't use this guy, he will scam you!!! He scammed my parents and many others! He took there money and didn't finish job. Then when he back to finish it was sloppy and rushed. He doesn't know what he is doing. There should be a law on people who lie and scam people out of money. Look at the reviews on Angie's list they are horrible. I tried talking with Angie's list they don't care either, it's all about money with both companies. He was supposed to fix my chimney, it was leaking everytime it rained. He never fixed, he only made it worse. He charge me 900.00 to do nothing. I had to file a police report to get any money back. I'm still waiting to see what will happen. But I don't care if I have to go to court in the end. As long as he doesn't do this to anyone else.

My review aligns with the others. Never showed, lied, took money for work he did not complete, workers left mess. Had someone else come in to complete job and they stated Frank and his crew was doing it all wrong, so they had to correct it. How has he not gone to jail for this? SMH He owes us a good grand we paid and he never refunded nor completed job for.

Terrible! Worst experience ever! One excuse after another for not getting the job done - and that’s when he would answer our calls. Mostly ignored out calls and texts. Took all our money and did some work but didn’t finish anything. He’s a crook, liar, and is very unreliable. Don’t hire this guy if your life depended on it!

When workers would show op they did good work. The biggest complaint we have is the primer has yet to be put on stucco. Frank continues to tell us he will be here at certain times but never shows and never gives us a curtesy call letting us know he is not coming. Does not answer his phone Left trash and cement in several places in my yard.

Frank’s Masonry was hired to repair the stucco parapet walls and caps around my home. The work he did was complete garbage and did not last 6 months. The new stucco on the walls is cracking and water has made its way behind the stucco. The caps of the parapet walls have also cracked and allowed water in. His crew removed a gutter to check the stucco behind it but they did not properly reattach the gutter. They used a glob of caulk and some roofing nails rather than actual gutter nails. They even wrapped an existing gutter nail with napkins rather using mortar or any appropriate material to reattach it. That gutter is barely hanging on to the house now. Frank only came by on Fridays to collect a check. His workers would be around for a couple hours a week so the job was not finished in a reasonable time frame. The only thing they did on time was request payments. They rarely cleaned up and left a pile of trash in front of the house for weeks. They also emptied their buckets in the yard leaving piles of thinset all over the property. One of his workers stole a set of work gloves and a bucket from my garage. While these are only valued around $25, I pointed that out to Frank who admitted it and said he would replace them. Of course he never did; that speaks volumes as to the character of this individual. After all his work started cracking and water started coming in the walls, I contacted Frank to see if he would stand by his work and make it right. He would not. After calling, texting, and emailing him for quite some time, all I ever received was excuses. If there’s one thing he is skilled at, it’s making up excuses. I would never recommend hiring Frank’s Masonry for anything.

Frank never finished the work. The work that was done was marginal at best. His crew left large messes and did nothing to protect the existing work. The splattered stucco over window screens, down the side of the house, on door knobs, and on the yard. The cleaned their bucket out in the yard and did not pick up after themselves. I had to stop the job when workers were drinking beer. Frank would only show up on Fridays to collect money - his quote said the work would be done in a professional and timely manner - both were lies. Frank made many, many promises, but did not liver up to them nor did he keep his work - not an honest man. I would avoid him and his company

Frank returned our call right away and came by later the same day for an estimate.  The above mentioned door had not yet been removed, and he offered to do that as well as enclose it.   We agreed to his price and he and crew started work the next day.  He gave timeline of 2-3 days and work was actually finished in 2 days.  They removed the door, built the exterior wall, and of course, all the required steps to apply the stucco.  They did a great job creating/matching the raised border/trim on our house.  The other exterior wall that was repaired looks like new as well.  He gave good advice on other simple repairs and improvements we could do ourselves.  The work site was clean every day.  He did provide an invoice with 90 day guarantee.  We were extremely pleased with the work done by Frank and his crew and would hire again without reservation.

Frank was really responsive even returning my initial call on a weekend.  He asked me to send pictures of the project and then quoted a price on the phone the following day.  He was able to start work the following week and finished the project on the timeline he provided 3-4 days.  The best part was that he communicated with me daily about where he was and what was left on the project which I greatly appreciated since I had to go out of town in the middle of his work.  He made sure my husband was there to inspect the work and met with him to make sure he was satisfied before taking payment.  He also provided a warranty on his invoice which a lot of private small contractors do not do.  I would highly recommend Frank.  Oh and he did clean his mess so I am not sure what happened in previous reviews  I told him I had read that and he assured me the worksite would be clean and it was daily.

We contacted Frank Garza the owner of Frank's Masonry for commercial work at our new office in Corpus Christi.  Frank was very professional during the whole process.. He explained everything in detail  from the very beginning. His crew showed up promptly each day when they said they would.  The crew worked very safely and efficiently and did not waste any time.

The work is excellent quality.  Frank's guys even helped me hang some pieces of wood though they didn't have too. We appreciate the fact that he is also a family owned and operated  business, just as we are. I would highly recommend Frank's Masonry for any and all stone, brick, stucco and masonry work.
