I called at about 8 p.m. on a Sunday. The first provider I called quoted a minimum of $250. Called Five Star and got a call back from Art Velasquez. He had pulled over to take the call and get our information. Art arrived about 15 minutes later and had got the job done. Cost was 144 (tax included). He was extremely professional and since the problem seemed to extend past our property line had us call the city. If it happens again the city will come inspect to see if the problem is on their side. Nice to have a service provider who looks after the customer. Will be our go to plumber.
