They do a good job. They complete the work in a timely manner, I can leave and go get lunch and when I come back my car is finished. They are personable with their customers. The service is good.

I had an old vehicle that had not been on the road in seven years. After repairs were done we noticed tires were dry rotten even though the tread looked great. The office manager at firestone was wonderful in explaining that that brand of tire was noted for keeping its tread but the tires were indeed dry rotted around the rim. He advised us in the purchase of mid range cost tires that would be best suited for the truck.

I have always used Firestone and I've always been very happy with them. I had one man there, who always took care of me and he quit and ever since then, they've gone downhill. They have a lot of internal problems between the employees because when the old manager left the company one of the mechanics took over as manager and the other people don't like him so I think there is an internal battle within. I have been always using the place for years and it has been great but some things have changed now.

"2 reasons why we could not do your a/c work at that time: 1) Technician you are referring to left the company in October of previous year (he did not quit and he was causing a lot of the strife) , 2) a/c Freon machine was not working at that time. I have acquired an a/c technician much more knowledgeable since then and acquired a modern Freon machine. Also, Store Manager is a very experienced with over 20 years of automotive management. We have a very experienced team that works well with each other and look forward to serving your needs."
