Beyond perfectly! Fred Allen went above and beyond the normal expectations of service on this trip. I scheduled FidoSit to come once a day in the morning for the first week of a two-week trip. As always, the service was wonderful--Maribeth sent photos with texts--it gives a good feeling on a vacation when you know your pets are happy and well cared for. Well into the second week, when family members were staying in my home and caring for the dogs, one of the dog's important eye medicines ran out. Although I was not employing FidoSit at that time, Fred went to the pharmacy where I am a member, bought her prescription, and took it to my home--more proof that the needs and well being of our four-legged friends are his No. 1 priority!

Lexi was our sitter and did a great job for us. Our dogs bonded with her right away! She was professional, punctual, followed instructions and gave us detailed updates. We will definitely be using this service again.

They were great! Always sent me an update on how the visit was and that my house was secure. They would also send pics of my dog because she is quite the character! It is $23 for 20 min! They even give medication if needed.

My wife and I moved to Corpus and needed a reliable pet sitter for those times when we are out of town.  We did a lot of research and ended up with Fred Allen of FidoSit.  He is very, very professional.  His pre-sitting visit includes a full questionnaire about your pets needs and your requirements on how to feed your pet.  It even covered who would be over at your house in case he came over and found someone there.  We have our cat on a pretty specific diet due to weight and age and he followed it exactly as we asked.  Fred also sent a text each and every time he visited the house with a brief report  on how our cat was doing.
Rates are very reasonable and he will do as much or as little as you need.
Fred will be our pet sitter as long as we live in Corpus.  I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Fred was very punctual and professional. I was highly impressed with his credentials and his thoroughness. He came by the house the day before to review with me my expectations and how he could fulfill my needs. We discussed what he would do and how he would do it. I had to pay up front, as a new client, but he explained this procedure before I could even inquire. During my time away, he would message me each and every time he came by the house to let me know how everything was going. I was very relieved that I had nothing to worry about with him watching my place while I was out of town. His prices were very reasonable and I think my animal companion was much happier being able to stay at home, where she is comfortable, than going to a strange kennel. I will definitely use FidoSit again and would recommend Mr. Fred to anyone who needs short or long term house/pet sitting.

Fred was very diligent in taking care of my dog and three cats. The price was reasonable and he would text me after each visit to let me know what was going on.

Fred and Amanda did an excellent job taking care of our cats and watching over our home. We received text messages with each visit telling us what they had done and how each of the cats was. Fred is a true professional, and my pets and home could not have been in better hands during our trip.

it went really well. Came home and dogs were alive and well taken care of. The service provided my wife with updates of the dogs through out the whole time we were gone. This really help me enjoy the time a lot more because she was happy that the dogs were so well cared for. Fred is a really nice guy and we will be using him again.

It went very well. Since he is a former law enforcement officer, I trusted him to keep my home secure. He was good about feeding the animals in the way I asked and gave them fresh water.

It was very reassuring to receive Fred's daily text messages "Cats are fine, house is secure." As Fred is a former cop, the "house is secure" part always gave me a chuckle and I felt confident that all was well at home. All my kitties were doing fine and I was very pleased with his services. He responds very promptly to phone calls and emails, unlike another local service (Pet Nanny) that I previously rated an F.
