Electro-Tech South Texas

I was assigned Electro-Tech through my home warranty company. As with any company you aren't familiar with, I was a bit nervous. The tech that came to my home was so kind, professional, and personable. My nerves were quickly put to rest. He showed up right on time, and ran every test and diagnostic that he could to try to solve the problem. That man was back and forth and in and out from the breaker to the outlet probably 10 times. He was incredible thorough. You can tell that he knows what he's doing because he was able to break it down and explain it to me, who knows nothing about electrical work, in a way that I understood. I will recommend them to friends and family moving forward.

Leo diagnosed an issue with our dishwasher power that was quite complicated due to the old house wiring. Since the issue only happened sporadically he had to do trial and error several times, replacing different parts that could be contributing to the issue. He came back at no cost multiple times with a very quick turnaround whenever the issue popped up again. Great service and very nice eager to serve! Good prices on the other jobs we’ve had him complete as well.
