The most important strength of the provider is his integration of the planning, designing, and building functions so that there is a clear realization of the owner's desires and needs. Since the provider is involved from the design stage to the final completion he can assure that the owner's needs are satisfied. An important part of the work included obtaining permits from the municipal authorities, including structural engineering reports. The project increased the appraised value of the property by more than twice its cost. I was completely satisfied with the entire project.
