Eagle Lock and Key

Came out to my house quickly.  The charged me $90 for fifteen minutes of work.  The replaced a striker on the door and drilled out an area so at least the lock would now work.  The gentleman was in a hurry and was talking on the phone with his boss about the next call he was going to. Nice gentleman but was in a hurry and overall,  Could have done a better job  ensuring the piece in the door frame would not come loose or not work again.  He recommended someone to come out to look at the door frame if it begins to not work again.  Also, did not clean up mess from drilling door frame. The owner of the business "Weston Wade "responded to this report  by saying that I was advised of the extra service charge due to his location being apx 30 miles from my house and that I agreed to the charge. This is not true. I had no idea where their location was other than it was in Corpus Christ.   No mention of the "extra charge" or I would not have aggreed to it since I wasn not in a big hurry to get the work done, just needed it done. If his employee told him that I was advised, his employee is being deceitful   Overall would not use them again.
