lines on the outside of the building. I warned them that any criminal
would just rip those lines down, disabling the system. Sure enough, that
is exactly what happened. Both outside cameras were ripped off the wall.
Their solution: I could pay them again to do it right.
Let me also state, they gouged me on the price of the cameras telling me
that these were High Resolution cameras. After the install, I did a
google search on the part numbers. They sold me $40 cameras, with crap
resolution. Altex has better cameras. I will never use their service
again, and as soon as our contract for monitoring is over, I will be
dumping them for good.
Be warned. For a security company supposedly specializing in security, they have no understanding of making things vandal proof.
I will be paying another security company to fix their work, and replace all their cameras, including the stolen ones.
