they did a very good job installed a extra pillar. the doors are working great. they cleaned up very well. mother was very happy with there job.

Excellent job. They first came out and checked the entire house to determine what was out of level. The house was in excellent shape but the garage was sinking and moving away from the house.
On the morning of the repair they arrived promptly and hand dug out the foundation, cut a hole in the driveway and installed seven concrete pilings. Then they packed the soil back, repaired the driveway and cleaned everything up. Several Days later they came back and rechecked the level. They determined the work had been done correctly. This was also verified by a city inspection. The crack between the house of the wall was not completely closed but they advised us to wait several months. They were right. Now it is hard to tell by looking at the crack it was repaired. There work is guaranteed for life.

I didn't dislike anything about him. He was very polite and very courteous. I had several questions because I am a foreigner. I didn't understand some of the terms and he explained it to me. We sat and had a chat about it. He said my house is fine and he will come back in about 6- 7 months and re-check if it needed some work. He was young man but he was very professional. He was on time. All those qualities that I liked in somebody were in him. I called him and he was here the next day.

My experience with Du-West Foundation Repair went fine. They were very straightforward and did what they said they were going to do. They were timely.

Du West showed up on the day they prearranged, they had to dig lots of holes under the house, they also had to put some pilings under the patio and the driveway.
The work was a bit delayed waiting on the product for the tree barriers, but only for a day.
The only thing I wish they had done is to lift the grass, and then put it back after.

Had a little difficulty in getting the repair scheduled. We constantly called them. I wish they were a little more proactive in the scheduling of the repair. Performed work within a day, left the site clean.

The house had shifted due to the extremely dry weather causing cracks in the walls and ceiling and broken tiles. The company sent a representative to go over the house and give an estimate of what needed to be done. He spent several hours in and outside the house and presented me with a detailed drawing showing where each pier needed to go. A week or so after he left, I received a DVD in the mail completely explaining their process. When we decided to go ahead with the process, I called and was put on a list. They called to keep me updated on when they would start. The crew arrived on time and worked all day. They were all very pleasant and clean. Each day they cleaned up the area before they left, leaving no trash behind. When the job started running longer than planned, they brought in a crew from San Antonio to help out. When they finished, they pressure washed the house and concrete where needed. The crew replanted all shrubbery that had been moved and made sure I was happy with everything. They even hosed the grass down to force the leftover dirt into the grass. Their work is guaranteed, so they will come back if I have any more problems.

Took about a week to complete. The orginal bid seemed to be a low ball and then the real bid was presented with the actual work needed. Not happy with their approach or method but still about $5000 less than a competing bid and it seems to me about 90 percent of the work done by DuWest comparable to the other bid. Could have had a little better job for alot more money.

Du-west came out to give an estimate, we had htem do the job. They started the job exactly when they promised and finshed as stated. We were totally satisfied. We will be using them again.

This is the most professional home maintenance/repair company I have ever dealt with. They are honest, fair-minded, professional in all aspects of their work, and extremely efficient. Thank you Du West for saving our house!!!
