They allowed me to bring my own part. They were really fast and worked just great. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed going into their store; they have a lot of cool stuff in their store.

It didn't seem like they did too good of a job. I had to take it back to them and tell them what was going on with it, because they didn't see anything wrong. They just gave it back to me and it was still doing the same stuff. Supposedly, they did the work but then, when I went to pick it up, they said, well, we really didn't see anything wrong with it. We cleaned it and this and that. Then I got it home and it was doing the same thing. So I took it back to them and then the guy that was working on it - I think he didn't know that much about it. And so, he had to ask somebody else and they told him what to do, to fix it. So, I'm thinking that their workers are not all that experienced.

My Dell desktop w/XP had that sneaky virus," XP Total Security" get through my anti-virus programs. This virus looks like it is doing a virus scan on your computer, detecting 28 corrupted files and wanting $79 to remove them. There are NO corrupted files UNTIL you click on ANY of the pop-up alerts (e.g. to close, stop scan, etc). Stupidly, I "closed" one of the windows..resulting in the activation of three trojans. Stopped by Dr N***'s early on a Friday and by the folowing Tuesday they had deleted this virus. Cost was only their minimum hourly rate (plus tax).

My computer was locking up sometimes and running very very slow. Then one day it just wouldn't get on the internet anymore. Took it to Dr. Nerd Computers, the man up front said it would only be $60 total to fix it. Said they had a flat fee of $60 no matter how long it took and it would be ready the next day. Sure enough it was ready the next day and it was only $60 when I went to pick it up. They did not loose any of my information and it runs better than when I first bought it. They said they removed many virus's and spyware and tuned it up.
