Fantastic experience. The guys that came were very polite and did great work. My carpet looked great afterwards and was very dry when they left. They cleaned my air ducts as well - they were very dusty and I was having allergy issues in the house. I am going to call them back in about 6 months to do an area rug and my living room tile and grout. They did a little sample for free and I was amazed.
