The work went well and was completed in several days. The fence and counter top both came out excellent.
My only comments on the work were:
There was a different workmen from day to day.
There was an argument between the supervisor and one of the carpenters on the site in front of the customer.
I didn't know when they were going to come and do the work. But since I'm retired, this was not much of a problem.
The gate latch mechanism was installed backwards.
The clean up was excellent and the work site looked great.
