Finally, I walked into my townhouse and handed him a final check and told him I was going to be out of town, so he wouldn?t get any money until he finished everything that he had gotten paid for. At this point, he said he was leaving. They stopped working and walked out. He had keys to my townhouse. When I got back from my vacation, he had all of his tools gone from the townhouse. I believe he was even charging me for materials that I should not have been charged for such as materials that he should have provided and materials for other customers. He was definitely working on projects for James Mirabel using my electricity and my space. My townhouse looked like a dump until I said that it needed to be cleaned up. There were water bottles and drinks all over the floor. We were trying to replace a cabinet. As that cabinet was being pulled to come down, the whole side of cabinets fell down. It seemed they were being held up by eachother. They were not secured in any way.
