The man I talked to kept telling me how busy they were and they could give me a quote over the phone if I gave them the dimensions to my windows. He made it very clear that if I was only getting a quote, he was not willing to come out and give me an on site quote. He said if I was going to do the work with his company then he could come out in a day or two and quote the windows. I didn't like the fact that he basically told me, unless I committed to him doing the work, he would not come out and quote our job. I refuse to have any work done by a company that tries to strong arm me into using their company just to get a quote. As a homeowner, it is my right to get multiple quotes to compare BEFORE making a decision on which company to use. I thought the man was very unprofessional in his manner of dealing with my request, and would not recommend using this company unless you have worked with them before, or know someone who has and has had a good experience with them. The address listed on Angie's List is different from the address listed on their website, but the phone number is the same.
