As advised, followed the company's direction to online purchase of the Pentair Rebel. Had large filtration system completely replaced along with a new motor. CC Pools is great at telling you how and on what to spend your money but follow-up maintenance. Don't bother. The Pentair Rebel malfunctioned at barely 3 months. Nothing can be done as it was ordered/purchased online. That carries a limited, 2 month warranty. The filter system seems ok but never shuts down on its on. When a call is made to this company? Their 1st response is it'll be a $75 service call. Fine, I'm happy to pay $75 for service on parts bought through them & paid for by me IF THEY'D SHOW UP. And, once they do show up, NOTHING IS TAKEN CARE OF WITH REGARDS to my pool!! I'm so over this business. He's trying to sell me new coping, I need to have it resurfaced but with the pathetic attempt at sales & service from these guys? They WON'T be doing the work!

I called them and they answered their phone. In the past I have called other pool services and got no answer. They came out the same day and were very professional. I like the fact they took the time to answer all my questions. I was very pleased with their work. I also like the fact that they were an authorized dealer and my product will be warranted because they are. I would recommend this company.
