It went very well. they were efficient and conscientious. The unit has worked perfectly. They have done work for me several times since 2001.

we were building a new home, we called Cool Guys for an estimate. They gave us an estimate in 48 hours. After selecting them for the job, they installed the a/c unit. They were very professional, reported to the job site every day until done and kept their part of the job site clean. Very courteous people. Would recommend them to anyone.

They are tops. They are excellent. We recommend them to anybody. Last time they were out here I can't even recall what the problem was but they came at a moment's notice, and they fixed the problem within five minutes. They were not even going to charge anything but we felt that we should pay something for it so we paid them for a service call and they were gone. They have always been good like that. There was another time when our air-conditioner was dripping a lot of water and there was another case where they found something minor and they fixed that. It has been good since then and that was a few years ago. I was having the drip tray while the air-conditioner was on. They were just really good. I have no complaints. They were always reasonable, very quick to respond and I would probably not use anybody else.
