I was haveing a difficult time setting up my WiFi wireless printer, network and internal network with my other computers. I called Mr. Robinson and he appeared within an hour. He was incredible. He took notes, listened to what I wanted done, and was like a bulldog. He stayed on until all problems and issues were resolved. He spent all together nearly 5 hours cleaning up my mistakes on the computers and picking up hardware. I had a bad router and that was causing all my network issues. He brought in one of his and connected it and the network started working. He showed me that the router was bad. I had purchased the router from ebay and he went to a local company and purchased me a new one. When he returned he took out his router and installed the new one and set it up and secured it with passwords and stuff to keep other from accessing and stealing my bandwidth. I highly recommend his company for any computer or networking services.
