It was the worst hotel/motel experience I've ever had. It is a brand new motel, and the first two rooms the exhaust fans didn't work in the bathroom. The thermostat and the fridge didn't work in the third room they put me in and in the fourth room, I found paper plates with food in them under the dresser. I was so creeped out after that. They comped me for one room change only. The staff wasn't very nice about doing that and wasn't very cooperative when it came down to getting a new room.
