We use Cindy Molnar and she was excellent. We spent 3 months trying to find a home. She's a very nice person, she is attentive, she will call you right back even if it's 8 at night. She is relentless when it comes to working for you.

Outstanding agent, Cheryl was polite and professional throughout. She went beyond the call of duty by receiving furniture delivery when we were not able to be present. She is highly organized and knows her market very well.

I can't say enough how great this experience was! There is a reason that Cindy Molnar is one of the top agents in town - she is always available from beginning to end. We looked at over 30 properties and Cindy never tired of going out with us even though WE were totally confused about what WE wanted. Once we found a home she held our hand through the negotiation process - which was a nightmare and got us a great inspector and fought hard for us to get ALL the repairs made to the house even up to the day of closing. We've used other realtors but I've never really felt that they had my best interest at heart. The negotiation process and repair process was VERY long and the seller's realtor was worthless (from RE/MAX - the second time I've dealt with lazy realtors from that agency) and always on vacation, but Cindy kept after them and would call me daily even after 9pm at night to give me updates. When we are ready to sell - she will definitely be getting a call from me.
