Classic Blinds Etc

This is our second occasion to work with Todd at Classic Blinds, Etc. He installed blinds in our new home in 2010. The experience was so great we called him the next time we needed blinds. The whole process is pleasant due to his knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and personal service. We look forward to having the need for more window treatments so we can work together once again.

We were needing to replace and update our window shades. Todd had some great ideas. He was able to get the job done before out busy summer rentals started.

The service was prompt and professional. It is nice to have a contractor come in, knock it out and after 4 months, we have not had any call backs for product failure or workmanship.  It is also piece of mind knowing that your Blind Contractor does it right the first time every time.  The owner has good Christian principles and has contracted for my firm for at least 15 years.  Not once have we had a problem and if there is ever a problem with a blind, it is remedied immediately.

They delivered when they promised with the products that I ordered, and installed them in a friendly and professional manner.  I am extremely happy with Classic Blinds and would highly recommend them to anyone doing the whole home or just one room.  The product is  highly rated (Hunter Douglas is what I used) and choices are abundant. So there is something for everyone.  You won't be disappointed.  When I ever do window treatments again, Classic Blinds will be the ones I call.  I have referred them to my friends and they also have been very happy with the choices and personnel who installed quality work and product. One of my friends had a very special outdoor project and Classic Blinds did a superb job!  They can customize to your needs! Extremely great company, product and personnel!!

Classic Blinds first installed poly-wood shutters in our entire home ten years ago; I called them back this year to install another arch window covering, as well as inspect and upgrade the old blinds!  Todd came out right away and went through the entire house and replaced all the old magnets.  He's prompt, honest and the price is right.  I highly recommend this company!!!

I've been working with them for several months trying to find parts for the existing blinds.  Were not able to find the parts replaced with new blinds and were able to repair some with the old parts.  They very professional, punctual and their prices are very reasonable.  Todd is outstanding.

Todd came to the house and measured to be sure he ordered the correct blinds.  He ordered the blinds and when they came in, he called and set up the installation date.  Todd and his helper were supposed to come at 2:00 and they did.  It took a little over an hour to remove the old blinds and brackets, install the new ones and be sure they worked correctly.  He also fixed one (he brought the part that was broken) that someone else had installed (that person was a real horror story).  They were professional, but friendly, picked up after themselves, hauled off the old blinds, and left all the bubble wrap for my grandkids to pop (they loved it).  They had previously installed some other blinds and the same review should have been written then.
