My experience with CJ's Cleaning was absolutely worth it! The cleaners are beyond professional and easy to get along with. Very trust worthy and I'm just so happy about the end result to my cleaning. Silvia and her team went above and beyond to work with my last-minute housecleaning needs. This company does not care about money. These ladies genuinely care about what the client needs, and it is obvious they take immense pride in what they do by the quality of work performed. That is a hard thing to find these days. Don't bother with any other cleaning service -- this is the one you want. Period.

I had another lady who was suppose to clean my rent house when I was moving out. She never responded so I was in a major panic. I heard about CJ’s Cleaning Service on the radio three times before I called and I knew it was a sign. Sylvia answers me immediately and came to my rescue. They rescheduled my appt. When the came they were late. House was not as clean considering I paid $230. Job was rushed. The maid I Used before charged $100 for the amount of work cjs did.

After several rescheduling on their part, they finally showed up late! There was one girl who worked for two hours. She was on her cell phone all time, running out to her car (for what-I don’t know) every room was chaos! Then, she left for an appointment and another one came! She made four trips to her car plus was on phone all time! She got very little done and said she had to pick up kid from school and left. Sylvia called and said it would be more money if she came back and I said NO! None of the mopping was done, two rooms were never touched,. I am not sure if anything was actually cleaned! It is hard to clean when you are on the cell phone, and running out to the car so much! This IS NOT A CLEANING COMPANY! THEY MOVE A LOT OF THINGS AROUND IN YOUR HOUSE TO MAKE YOU THINK THEY HAVE CLEANED! IT IS A SHELL GAME! BEWARE!!

"[Member Name Removed] was the client ,well I have fit you in when you needed help when no one would clean for you after all the cleaning services your mentioned to me about what they did or didn't do for you. some people are just out there get a free clean so they complain about someone to get them look bad ,this was your 2nd cleaned .you refuse to pay the set price we charge. i have a big heart so i left it alone but didn't think you would take advantage of the services appt was at 2pm we got there 2:23 they didn't leave till 6:03 and plus you told her you still wanted more things done. She had like more things to do. You said , more hours cost money, we discuss about 2.5 hours for 2 labors, this was not just a regular cleaned you wanted . you wanted a deep deep cleaned that takes hours and money . The things you told my labors was wrong you were very ugly to them. so anyone that will clean for you needs to beware of your insults towards them . I never took your money for one . I normally don't respond to negative reviews but these one I will for my co workers of the insults and your remark toward my business . good luck."

The ladies arrived promptly and were cheerful and friendly. I needed weekend service and they came on Saturday. Very accommodating. The ladies got right to work and did exactly what I requested, They even offered to do extras like cleaning the ceiling fans even though I paid a flat rate and not an hourly rate. I am very satisfied and will definitely hire them again in the future.

I have used other cleaning services with other properties I own and I have never experienced the level of thoroughness that Cj's provided. In the past I have had to go behind other cleaning services to inspect the work and make sure it was done properly, but not so with Cj's. The one complaint that I could possibly voice is that they arrived about ten minutes late. However once they began working they were like a cleanly whirlwind. All the employees were very friendly and courteous as well which was like a breath of fresh air. The cherry on top was the military discount that I received because of my father. I will only use Cj's Cleaning Service henceforth.
