Description of Work: The realtors left my door open and caused a $400 air conditioning bill in one month. When I asked them to pay at least for part of it, they refused. A utilities serviceman telephoned me while I was on the road to California to tell me my door was wide open, and he closed it for me. I telephoned the realtors to let them know they had left the door open. Subsequent to this, at some point, it must have happened again as my bill shot up. It is very disappointing to find this realtor to be so money hungry that she could not behave ethically.
