Intial phone and emails were professional. But things went really bad. Agent Michelle Knight contacted me saying she had an interested party and would I send back the agreement. I had sent the document to her office 2 days prior. She sent a huffy email to say the contract was NON NEGOTIABLE and SHE REFUSED TO DO BUSINESS AT DOUBLE THE GOING RATE and to find another prop mgr.
I viewed her response belligerent and arrogant to say the least. I have had rental properties for 35 years and it was the first time anyone has acted in such a " My way or the Highway" attitude, I would have listened to any justification for it taking 2 days to find my fax or why HER COMMISSION WAS 3 TIMES THE GOING RATE after I offered double the going rate.
Obviously i won't be giving any of my other properties to Michelle Knight or any Century 21 Realty SalesProp Mgr person.

She has been my real estate agent for 12 years. I have referred her. I pay her the billing percentage, which is a standard fee. I love her and wouldn't trade her.
