They were done before they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite, both the guy that came out and talked with me, and the men that put in our units. I have never been so cold in my home as I am now. It is really nice that my A/C doesn't run all the time like it did before. We had to keep the unit at 80 just so we could afford the electric bill, now not a problem. We keep it at 76 and all is well, and a quiet unit! All in all, very pleased with their work!

Very smoothly. No hitches. No downtime. All told, between my condo neighbor and my unit, CCAC's crews replaced six exterior and two interior units on the same day. Very professional work.

Despite having a long day, CCAC's technician Frank was a trooper and came out at 10:30pm to repair our A/C unit! He did so without complaint, with total professionalism, and was able to fix the broken part. He had it up and running in no time and thank goodness, he did. It was hotter in our house than it was outside in this Aug. heat, and because of him, we were able to sleep cool and comfortable and so far everything has been great. One thing to note, CCAC, was not the only company we called, but they were the only ones who bothered to answer the phone after hours and Frank got in touch with us pretty quickly after the initial call. None of the others ever bothered calling back. Wonderful service! Would highly recommend.

The capacitor burned (Short out ) in a bout a month. AC stopped working.

"If the part that we installed failed in about a month it would still be in warranty and we would replace it at no charge. We have not been contacted about any failure or called for any service since we installed the capacitor. This was the first time we have done service work for this member and it was a call done after hours where our technician found the problem and repaired it. He also noted that the motor bearings were starting to go out, but the member chose not to do anything about the motor at that time. We do not manufacture the parts but we search to find the best quality parts to use when we have to replace them. Unfortunately they still can fail. That is why we give a warranty on the parts and labor that we replace. If the member had a problem with his system after we repaired it he should contact us so that we could remedy the problem. It is not fair to give us a poor rating for a part that failed when we were not even given the opportunity to take care of it. My email address is on the top of every one of our service tickets so that customers can contact me if they have any concerns about our service. Or they can call my office and ask for me to voice any concerns they have. I truly am Constantly Concerned About Customers and want everyone that we deal with to be happy with our service."

Our Central Air Conditioning and Heating system went out last November, so we called to get an estimate on a full replacement.
They were courteous, timely and very professional. We accepted the estimate on a Monday and the work was started on Tuesday and completed on Friday. This included new duct work, new registers in each room, outside and inside units, new thermostat, plus all connections. They were great about cleanup in my house. I would definately recommend them on any A/C work.
