Michael and his team exceeded my expectations. They took care of all the damage and when they completed their work the house was cleaner than it had been since the storm. They even repaired the broken leg on my kitchen table (I had duck taped the leg). They went above and beyond.

Very disappointed, the crew had no guidance. I had to tell them what to do and the managers were horrible. Put house debris on the side of the house, no dumpsters... pick up occurred on the 3rd day when I threatened to hire a pickup company. No PM did a final walk-through was completed because they forgot to rip out flooring in 2 rooms.

Cat5 Globals Owner, Michael Bertagna, is a Professional that really knows his work. Wen I told him of the damage to our home caused by the Feb 2021 Disaster Storm we had in Texas, he listened Intently, then, answered in a no nonsense articulation of words without â trying to sell meâ on his business like others tried to do to impress me. I scheduled Michael to come look at the damage, lots of water damage that ruined Sheetrock on ceiling in dining room, Kitchen, family room and all of our carpets. He used a costly high end moisture instrument unlike those cheap $60 to $100 two pins moisture detectors the other guys were using when they cam to inspect my damage. After Michael inspected the areas and gave me a general rundown on the damage he saw, and told me what he would have to remove in order to see if more damage was hidden, I signed him up that day. Michael scheduled his crew to start the job according to our agreed upon timeframe. Now, for his crew: His crew, headed by the Lead Carlos Sanchez, was a delight to work with. It became clear after 15 min of them setting up to do work that they were true professionals also. Carlos explained the stages he and his crew would follow. He took each area one at a time, and used heavy plastic barriers to wall of their demolition work, taking down ceilings, walls, carpets and baseboards. As I watched from time to time, It was easy to see that their work was done in measured experienced movements. â All of their work was done that way throughout the projectâ . And what really impressed my wife and me was how they cleaned up the work area after each day, leaving no junk anywhere. Iâ ve see other companies crews work and keep the trash around them for days, walking over it and dragging it around the house. Not these Cat5 Global Men â It took a bit of extra time to do it their way, but the results were clean, and each night after they left our home it did not look like a junk yard. They put up zippered plastic barriers for us and them to walk thru that separated one room area from the other to prevent dust and debris from going into the areas we stayed in while they worked. And they were very careful not to allow dust created by cutting out Sheetrock by using a vacuum right next to the cutting tool to take it away. Iâ ve seen other company workers disregard that and got dust everywhere. In any case, my wife and I canâ t say enough about Michael and his work crews work that was definitely way above what other companies weâ ve experienced. They did not cut corners, they did not omit something they knew needed attention. They did an exemplary job taking care of our homes storm damage. We highly recommend Cat5 Global.
