Real Estate Service
Thom was on time and very thorough. He went through everything and gave us both his professional and personal opinions. He seemed to have a lot of authority on the subject matter and his report was very well presented. The inspection was done at 9:00 AM and lasted three hours. Our 20 page report was emailed to us late that evening.
I would definitely recommend Thom as a home inspector. I'm very happy with his service.
