We have a 3000 sq ft home. At the time of service our home furnishings were sparse. It took two visits to finish the job. For the first visit there was a crew of two which took approximately 4-5 hours. The second visit took about three hours with a crew of three. After both visits the quality of service was fair and too expensive. I answered "yes" to possibly rehiring if there they would guarantee a more efficient crew. Because both crews were punctual and management (or owner) was responsive and professional I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assigned an overall rating of "B".

Punctual, professional, quality. Pretty aggressive when attempting to collect payment. Two voicemails and three text messages in 24 hours attempting to collect payment. When I called back there was no answer and a generic voicemail. The service was great but I felt harassed once service was performed.

I would not recommend this service. They did a terrible job. They spent only 3 hours. They were to arrive at 9 am but did not arrive until 10 am. The landlord was not pleased with the job. They failed to clean the baseboards. Charged almost $300 for doing nothing.

For 3 ladies, they cleaned but not great. They did not clean the ceiling fans, left shower door spotty,dusted around things instead of moving items and dusting thoroughly, mopped tile floors (bathrooms, kitchen, living room) using same water which left the floors hazy and not truly clean. There was dog hair still around and under my couch and tables. They did what they got away with doing. I should have watched them more carefully. Less than impressed with the quality and expense.

Cleaning quality was average; they missed spots and weren't very thorough. I would have to point out certain areas they missed, and they'd always clean it. I would be willing to pay $50 for this service, but $110 was too much.

They arrived on time. Did a great job! Now using them on a biweekly basis to clean my home.

Everything was wonderful! They went above and beyond with getting the house cleaned before we moved in. I called at the last minute and she was kind enough to fit me in. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Very well. Staff arrived on time, ready to work. They received instructions and went to work. Job completed timely and in a professional manner without the property manager being present. No areas were missed and there were no disagreeable cleaning odors. The company price is on the high side.

I called her a few times and she never called me back. She could have at least called and said that she didn't have an open day or didn't have a desire to clean for me. That would have been the polite thing to do. People just aren't polite anymore. Sorry this had to happen this way.

I love them. The owners send other women out to clean the house and the owners would come by and check on them and make sure they're doing a good job.

I arranged to meet them at the house, then I returned to work. When I got home after work, everything was clean and looked good. The glass shower doors were not spotless as I had expected. Otherwise, the house was cleaned well.

Great experience. The angels arrived right on time and finished within the quoted time frame. Very professional, courteous and thorough. I will have them back again!

Very professional. Three ladies arrived on time and worked non-stop. It was old fashioned hard work, NOT a bunch of chemical sprays, that got the job done.

They were here for one and one-half hours and worked hard the whole time they were here and did a good job.

The price is incredible and it is worth it to me. I am really impressed with them. She sends the same three ladies every time and they are very nice, their manners are perfect, and they don't take any liberties in my house; they know they are here to clean. Conversation is polite, they do their job, they take their check, and they go. That's what I want. I absolutely will use them in the future.

They did a good job and didn't leave everything all greasy with cleaning products.

I am very pleased with them. They clean my house to my exceptions, they pass the white glove test. They are very punctual, I call one day and they come the next. They completely dust, mop the floors, and clean the bathrooms. They will even wash my dishes if there are some dirty.

They're not cheap, but they bring in 3 people and they're there for a little over 2 hours to clean. I like that they come in and do their work. If you ask them to do specific things, they will do it. I wanted more attention on my tile floors and they were good about doing that. Sometimes I get a good crew, and sometimes I don't. I have had a couple of experiences that weren't too goo.

First......one of the owners or family of the owner said she would probably come out also that it was first time and she liked to meet the clients...that didn't happen. they called the day before to remind me they were coming and they showed up the next day 'pretty close' to right on time. They were professional and overall did a pretty decent job. I was a little surprised that I had to show them the baseboards they missed in the laundry room.....the hair that was still left on some of the baseboards in the kitchen, the massive amount of dust on 3 of our airconditioning return air grills they had to go back and do and the oven that wasn't wiped out after it was finished with the self clean cycle. I like that they tell us to let them know if they missed something but just seems like they would have someone that would take a look over everything to confirm it was all taken care of instead of us having to do that.......or at least look over it all and double check before we do. We do have some areas that are fairly high to dust and such and the ceiling fans are high but I was a little bit surprised that they needed to borrow my ladders and didn't have their own to use if needed. All of that said I think I would use them again and they would probably get used to my house and expectations over time I would assume.

They did a great job. The price was just a little high, but the work they did was worth it.
