We have a 3000 sq ft home. At the time of service our home furnishings were sparse. It took two visits to finish the job. For the first visit there was a crew of two which took approximately 4-5 hours. The second visit took about three hours with a crew of three. After both visits the quality of service was fair and too expensive. I answered "yes" to possibly rehiring if there they would guarantee a more efficient crew. Because both crews were punctual and management (or owner) was responsive and professional I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assigned an overall rating of "B".

Punctual, professional, quality. Pretty aggressive when attempting to collect payment. Two voicemails and three text messages in 24 hours attempting to collect payment. When I called back there was no answer and a generic voicemail. The service was great but I felt harassed once service was performed.

I would not recommend this service. They did a terrible job. They spent only 3 hours. They were to arrive at 9 am but did not arrive until 10 am. The landlord was not pleased with the job. They failed to clean the baseboards. Charged almost $300 for doing nothing.

For 3 ladies, they cleaned but not great. They did not clean the ceiling fans, left shower door spotty,dusted around things instead of moving items and dusting thoroughly, mopped tile floors (bathrooms, kitchen, living room) using same water which left the floors hazy and not truly clean. There was dog hair still around and under my couch and tables. They did what they got away with doing. I should have watched them more carefully. Less than impressed with the quality and expense.

Cleaning quality was average; they missed spots and weren't very thorough. I would have to point out certain areas they missed, and they'd always clean it. I would be willing to pay $50 for this service, but $110 was too much.

They arrived on time. Did a great job! Now using them on a biweekly basis to clean my home.

Everything was wonderful! They went above and beyond with getting the house cleaned before we moved in. I called at the last minute and she was kind enough to fit me in. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Very well. Staff arrived on time, ready to work. They received instructions and went to work. Job completed timely and in a professional manner without the property manager being present. No areas were missed and there were no disagreeable cleaning odors. The company price is on the high side.

I love them. The owners send other women out to clean the house and the owners would come by and check on them and make sure they're doing a good job.

I arranged to meet them at the house, then I returned to work. When I got home after work, everything was clean and looked good. The glass shower doors were not spotless as I had expected. Otherwise, the house was cleaned well.

Great experience. The angels arrived right on time and finished within the quoted time frame. Very professional, courteous and thorough. I will have them back again!

Very professional. Three ladies arrived on time and worked non-stop. It was old fashioned hard work, NOT a bunch of chemical sprays, that got the job done.

The price is incredible and it is worth it to me. I am really impressed with them. She sends the same three ladies every time and they are very nice, their manners are perfect, and they don't take any liberties in my house; they know they are here to clean. Conversation is polite, they do their job, they take their check, and they go. That's what I want. I absolutely will use them in the future.

They did a good job and didn't leave everything all greasy with cleaning products.

I am very pleased with them. They clean my house to my exceptions, they pass the white glove test. They are very punctual, I call one day and they come the next. They completely dust, mop the floors, and clean the bathrooms. They will even wash my dishes if there are some dirty.
