I called and scheduled a small move (two bedroom house) on Monday July 25. The individual answering the call told me they could move me on Thursday the 28th of July, 2011. The move was an in-town move and would probably only take about 4 hours. He said they had to deliver a refrigerator first; and should be at my house at 9 am. On Thursday morning, I was ready for the move. I had disconnect my internet, phone and tv. I had cleaned out the refrigerator and put everything into coolers for the short trip. Please note, that I had already moved most items that I could box and carry myself. The move was from one first floor house to another first floor house. I only needed them to move furniture. At 10:30 am, I called the Busy Bee number and got no answer. I left a message and waited for a return call. At 1:30 pm, I called again and left another message. I never got a call back and they never showed up for the move. Subsequently, I hired another mover and moved out on Sunday the 31st of August, 2011.
Description of Work: Don't trust them with your move. They are not dependable and may not show up when you need them.
