Pamela was very prompt when called, on time and professional.  She was prepared and had all the samples with her, allowing us to make all selections at my home.
Installation went well, very good service.
Shutter took a little longer to receive but worth the wait, they are beautiful.
There were just a few minor issues with shade that were addressed and replaced without problem

I am very pleased with both the shutters and the service that Budget Blinds provided. The installer is skilled in dealing with windows that aren't exactly square or where the back-splash in the kitchen was a little too close to the window. One of the shutters had minor damaged in transport. A new one was ordered, and when it arrived, the damaged one was switched out.
