+ -1 moreAll I did was have him call me 30 minutes prior to needing me be at home to meet him. They accomodated me in every way I asked..
Description of Work: Drove 20 miles and spent 1 1/2 hours looking at my RCA big screen TV at my home. Took it in, repaired the problem, called me when it was ready, delivered it and set it up and spent another 1 hour at my home making sure everything was ok.
