BLANCA'S CLEANING SERVICE

She has been very good. She is extremely nice. She had a worker once that I thought was not doing a very good job and she said that it was perfectly fine. Anytime I ask her to do something she does. If I ask her to redo something that I don’t think is clean enough, she immediately goes and does it. She is honest and I don’t mind leaving her in my house if I have to go somewhere. She is very good and I am very pleased with her. I do think that she is little expensive.

The job took about five hours, but there was a lot to do.  The price  reasonable considering it took two people that much time to do it.  My house is in the best shape it's ever been in -- it wasn't this clean when I moved in!

She came in and cleaned as instructed. She uses what you provide or can bring her own. She is inexpensive and prompt and very complete.

Blanca was quick to respond to the project and brought a helper. Based on my experience in property management, the total job would take 8 hrs for 2 people to complete (to my standards) but job was done in 4 hrs by 2 people. Blanca's job was more professional than her helper and many things had to be redone or touched up by me for a total of an additional 8 hrs. When Blanca called to say she was done, there were several areas that she had to quickly touch up or do because she had other commitments-I felt very rushed checking her work (not a comfortable feeling when paying $150). I did the majority of the detail work myself and it seemed the more I looked the more I found (one cupboard in the bathroom had not even been opened and was disgustingly dirty). I would not have her clean again.

Wonderful overall. Blanca comes in and does what is requested. She cleans with whatever cleaners you desire and always asks if there is anything new that needs to be addressed. She cleans EVERYTHING and DUSTS each time. She usually brings one assistant and has the job done in about 30 minutes. She is very trusted by the apartment complex and has been cleaning apartments there for a long time before we started using her. We trusted her enough to giver her a key so she could come in and clean if when we were out-of-town. She will clean as often as you like and does a super job. She does a particularly good job of cleaning the bathroom and even scrubs the walls with bleach each time. She speaks English well, as do most of her assistants. Bottom line, I wish we were taking her with us to Phoenix when we move soon. She is such a pleasant person and comes in and gets the job done with no problems ever.
