We wished we had known about this company years ago as we have spent countless money for repeated visits from another popular company that did nothing but let our house crack all over and all the doors not close or lock but excelled in tearing out all our landscaping next to the house. They also did not hold us up as the other company kept trying to....the last time we had the former company out they wanted $43,000. to tunnel under our house as they said our house had settled in the middle. BKB put in 27 piers lifting the entire foundation for less than $12,000. Our doors immediately started opening and closing like they did when the house was new. We cannot recommend this company enough. The owner is onsite daily and is a joy to work with and his hardworking crew are so accommodating and polite. If you want to fix your foundation the right way to start with, go with this company. We have been dealing with foundation repairs for the last 20 years so we speak from experience.

BKB showed up on May 21st and began their job very promptly. They actually showed up a day earlier than had been originally scheduled. Their crew carefully cleared out the areas where the piers were needed by moving decorative bricks and plants. Once the stabilization was complete, they were very precise in replacing all decorative bricks and plants to their original location. It had rained pretty heavily one day during the completion process, so instead of disposing of the ground material , they simply filled in areas of the yard that had flooded with the rain. What a wonderful bonus! I did not ask for them to grade the property and take care of the flooded areas, yet they did it on their own!!!
