I really liked Mr Montoya. He responded quickly, came when he said he would and charged exactly what he quoted. I am very pleased with the work he did and would recommend him highly.

Mr. Montoya is a very knowledgeable and respectful man. He took the time to explain how things work and what likely caused the problem. His quote was fairly priced as well. Hire him and grow his business; he deserves it.

I ultimately did the repairs myself, but Bernardo was kind and gave advice on what to do. The half rating for work quality is not because it was bad quality it is more N/A not applicable since no work was done, just advice.

Bernardo got here on time, was very familiar with our tankless water heater. Fixed the problem & instructed us on how to take better care of it. He is very friendly, experienced... He was several hours late for the appointment (no call, I had to call him), and a couple of small issues with the work, knocked loose bathroom tile, and my new washer filter got clogged with pipe dope that was in the line from the faucets replacement. I understand it improves the seal, but getting it in the pipe (instead of just on the thread) cased a clog when it was flushed out, but! that is really the washer installers blame, I read the manual and it says to flush the lines out by running water through them for several minutes before connecting to the washer to make sure there is no foreign substance in the line.

Bernardo did a excellent job! He addressed my plumbing problems quickly and efficiently and knocked it out right away. Neat and orderly and left no mess behind. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks very much Bernardo!
