Overall, pretty much didn't have problems with the lawn mowing itself, it wasn't until recently they started cutting it unevenly. I would bring the matter up. Then recently I had problem with them shooting the grass into the pool, even though I brought it up, they did it again. The crew supervisor claims there was no grass in the pool. My pool guy said there was tons in the skimmer and if it kept up it would ruin my pool motor. The bushes, a bush on the side of my house died, in between two other bushes. It had been healthy, maybe some scale, but was treated for scale and basically fine...nothing different than the last six years I've lived at this house or the bushes to the side of it. Never had that problem before. My father had seen a guy spray something (he was sitting on he other side of the window and watched it take place) and after the spray the bush died. We think someone had sprayed a weed killer as it had a fern growing out from under it, and maybe they were trying to kill it? I don't know, but it had been healthy and then it died completely, all over died quickly. A bush in my backyard is currently has areas of the same dark brown, close to the ground which makes me think they sprayed weed killer in that general area and hit the bush by accident. Needless to say, the bush area is dying. My expensive children's wood playset, they weed whacked the heck out of the legs of the set, I mean deep gauges and it was recently purchased, now it's ruined. A strip of sod in the front yard of my house. A strip of sod was dead between my driveway and the ring of the tree circle. It's a straight line of dead grass. The supervisor of the crew pulled it out. He tells me it's grubs that killed it. I find that hard to believe that grubs will eat in a straight line. It appeared as if the crew spilled either gas from their weed eater or spilled weed killer when they were killing the weeds in the circle around the tree. A straight line? Do grubs eat in a straight line? The front yard sewer cap was broken, had black tire tread on side of it. Nothing else has been in my yard except lawn mower. I talked with the crew supervisor on several occasions. When discussed, acted like he would take care of the situations. It continued. Finally the owner came out, along with the crew supervisor. Owner was condescending to me, crew supervisor was circling around words, and I could not believe that as a customer I was being treated this way. Conversation went on for half hour, nothing resolved. Basically they felt the complaints were just, but that there was really nothing they could do and never took ownership for anything that happened on my property. Nothing had been done to rectify the damages already done. I had to let them go.

Went well for the first few months, then I started noticing areas of the yard that were dying. I watched the next time they came and I noticed that they were laying down their hot weedwackers on the lawn. This I knew was the reason for the dead spots. They were also being careless with the weed killer that they were using on the weeds in the garden and their over spray contributed to this problem. I also, observed that they were refilling the weedwackers over the yard. I called their foreman, or the manager and told him about the dying areas in the yard. He came over and looked at them, would not admit to what they had done and made no offer to fix them. I gave them one more try and observed them doing this again, which let me know that the manager had not spoken with them about this, so I called and cancelled service.
