I had the most pleasurable experience at B .L. Guess yesterday! Mr. Guess assisted me with a custom-made lamp needing a taller shade. I went in thinking that I would have to buy a larger shade and harp, but Mr. Guess gave me a riser, making the existing shade taller. My lamp went from dumpy and awkward to beautiful! When I asked Mr. Guess what I owed him, he said "nothing, just use us for your lighting needs in the future." I promised him that I would do just that, and I will DEFINITELY keep that promise.
B. L. Guess reminded me why small business can be so much more pleasurable and personable than the big-boxes. I wish all businesses were run like Mr. Guess's!!!!

BL Guess was recommended to repair my large (and expensive) hanging front porch light. Mr. Guess took my work request and estimated around $35.00. Yippie! He called me 2 hours later to say it was complete. He rewired the light with new wiring and new sockets. Labor was $35 and parts were $5. The bill was $42+ with tax. I was ecstatic! My light is back up and working! I would definitely recommend and use BL Guess Lighting in the future.
