Told me they needed to order a part. I was going to be without a vehicle four days due to the weekend and they told me they did not have a loaner vehicle available. I finally told them that I guess I'll just have to drive without the wipers and keep my car until the part came in although we were forecast to have torrential rain due to the tropical depression. My husband objected and they were able to find me a loaner. I also asked that they detail my car prior to pick up. The car was ready on the promised date but the car was not detailed. They had vacuumed the front but not the back. There were black smudges on the body below the driver's door and someone had spilled some liquid on the console and didn't clean it up. I told the worker (different from the person we dealt with when we dropped off the car) and also told him that we just realized that the touch up paint we had ordered about six months ago never came in or no one ever called us to tell us it was in (we tried to purchase some from the service department and they told us that it needed to be ordered). We aren't saying that it was terrible service - but it just wasn't the best service.

Had a wonderful sales person, showed me any car I wanted to see and then some. They kept my payment where I wanted it to be and in my alloted amount. They were great.

Altogether I think I spent $300. I don't have much choice but to use them in this area.

Very unpleasant experience, especially in the finance section. There were several mistakes. When I tried to rectify them later, I got a run-around. Hyundai is a great vehicle for the money, but this company needs to work on their professionalism and efficiency. My advise is to read all paperwork carefully before signing.
